Exchange Policy
We have a strict no-refund policy. We only offer exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Exchange Window
We have a 1-hour notification window upon delivery. You must contact us on the same day you receive your parcel to request an exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start an Exchange

- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to ship your package.
- Items sent back to us without prior notice or approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges on:
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items or gift cards
Shipping & Returns Process
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to our official address. We do not provide a courier pickup service.
Shipping Charges: In cases of product exchange, miscommunication, or if the item was delivered as per your original order instructions, you will be required to bear all return/reshipping costs, as well as any price difference if the new item exceeds the value of your existing invoice.
Processing: No exchange will be processed or dispatched until the original item has been safely received and inspected at our office.
Exchange Processing Time: Once your returned item is delivered to our office, please allow 1–2 business days for inspection and processing. Replacement orders are dispatched shortly after and typically arrive within 3–5 working days.
